CHVNGE CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY

*Free Standard Shipping on orders over €134 (for only domestic delivery)

You will receive your order anywhere from 5-10 business days from the date that it is shipped out. After your payment is authorised and verified, it can still take up to four days to process your order. This doesn’t include weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier we’ve used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it.

EXCHANGE POLICY

• Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt.

• Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.

• Merchandise must have all tags, including attached hangtags.

• Merchandise must be returned in the original garment bag.

• Merchandise bought on wholesale cannot be returned or exchanged

Merchandise is accepted for exchange if returned in salable condition within 15 days of the ship date, accompanied by the return/exchange slip.

With this return/exchange slip, please include your name, order number, and a detailed note.

Making a Return and/or Exchange must be made within the guidelines of our Exchange Policy.

We only accept exchanges purchased at CHVNGE.pt.

Specify the exchange item and the new color / size or and style on the

return/exchange mail to info@change.pt

Include the request in your return package. Simply ship it back to us and we’ll send your new item free of shipping charges.

Please contact us at info@change.pt with a detailed description of what you

want to exchange plus your order number and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

When returning postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package delivery and purchase tracking services for your protection, please provide tracking information in email of exchange request info@change.pt

Save the shipping receipt for your records. *Please note: Only merchandise

received by our warehouse can be processed.

Same exchange policies apply to gift recipients who would like to exchange the CHVNGE merchandise for an exchange.

Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your exchange.

If you are exchanging an item due to a mistake made by CHVNGE or because of quality issues, we will reimburse with store credit for the shipping costs.

LOST PACKAGE?

We ship via MRW for domestic and UPS for international deliveries which

providing secure and easy trackable methods of shipping, if your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you.

We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for

delivered items that have been lost or stolen.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currency Conversions

• All prices listed on this site are in Euros, and charged to your credit card in Euros.

The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate at the time of purchase.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. We do also accept direct bank transfers. We not accept personal cheques or money orders.
